Taylor Swift Breathwork, TTPD Edition

Join us for the follow-up to our February Taylor Swift-themed breathwork class, hosted in conjunction with our friends at Golden Gems! The new and improved playlist will include tunes from The Tortured Poets Department. (Obviously!)
This beginner-friendly class will be laid-back and danceable enough you’ll probably have trouble holding still – but don’t be fooled. It will also be cathartic! We’ll spend about an hour exploring altered states of consciousness via guided breathing and meditation.
WEAR SOMETHING COMFORTABLE! Think yoga class. But feel free to bring some bling just for fun. 🙂
Things you might want:
- Yoga mat (for sure)
- Water (also a hard yes)
- Blanket (a really good idea – your body temp will shift a lot)
- Pillow (optional)
- Eye mask (since this is a daytime class!)
- Sweatshirt or sweater
- Socks
- Journal
- Pen
- Chapstick
- Favorite healing stones or crystals

While breathwork is generally considered safe for most people, there are health conditions that do make it riskier for some. If you have any of the following physical or mental health conditions, please seek the advice of a medical professional before you attend a breathwork session. Your health and safety come first!
- Heart disease
- High blood pressure
- Severe asthma
- Glaucoma or detached retina
- Family history of aneurysms
- Thyroid condition
- Epileptic seizures
- Pregnancy
