Free Community Sound Bath @ Armory Recreation Center
September 20 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm CDT
FreeJoin us for an Evening of Sound Healing and Connection!
On Friday, September 20, immerse yourself in an evening designed for deep relaxation and rejuvenation at the Armory Recreation Center gymnasium. Allow the resonant tones of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and other healing instruments to guide you into a profound state of calm and harmony. As you settle in and close your eyes, the gentle vibrations will help melt away tension, inviting peace and balance to your body and mind.
Doors open at 7:00 p.m. We’ll warm up with breathwork and gentle movement at 7:15, and the 90-minute sound bath will begin at 7:30 p.m. No admittance will be allowed after 7:30 – please plan accordingly!
This event is free and open to the public. Feel free to invite friends—everyone is welcome.
